Uncut (Parcel Opening) Video is Mandatory
For any kind of issue, we require an uncut parcel opening video to be mandatory. We will not accept any return without proper (parcel opening video).
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to receive instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return and verify the parcel opening video, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return policy. If the item is eligible for a return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Process
After the approval of refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 days. You will receive the credit depending on your bank’s policies.
If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return and refund.
